The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though in need of some improvements like fixing leaks and updating, were ultimately clean, comfortable, and spacious. The service, particularly from a helpful staff member named Kim, was polite and accommodating. The location was prime for both business near the Embassy and for exploring tourist attractions. However, the dining experience, although convenient in delivery, fell short of expectations in terms of variety and timing.

I found my stay at the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were well-equipped with tea/coffee facilities and a good size kitchenette, but I wished there was a soap dish instead of placing wet soap on the counter. The service had its ups and downs, as I enjoyed the meals provided but encountered issues with payment confusion and low water pressure due to limited rainfall. The location was convenient, close to shopping centers, dining options, and attractions like the Bob Marley museum.
